At BRÉNOIR , we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satistfied, we are here to help.

Retruns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, perfume, smoke, stains, or damage will not be accepted. 
  

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for different size (subject to availability) within 14 days of delivery.
• If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued. 

Non-Returnable Items 

• Sale or clearance items
• Accessories and jewelry
• Gif cards
• Bodysuits, intimates, and swimwear (if applicable)

Return Shipping

   Costumers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damage or incorrect.

with your order number and reason for the return. 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
